How We Ship

To offer you the best possible prices on our audio equipment, we ship directly from our manufacturing partners and warehouses overseas. This direct-to-consumer model cuts out the middleman, but it does mean your gear takes a little longer to arrive.

Delivery Timeframes

Processing: It takes 1 to 3 business days for our partners to process and pack your order.
Shipping: Once shipped, standard delivery takes between 8 to 18 days.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey. Please note it may take 2-3 days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
